Registrations options
- Early (a discounted fee if paid on or before 30th December 2017): 300 euro
- Regular (if paid on or before 15th March 2018): 350 euro
The fee include participation in the workshop, documents, coffee breaks, social dinner on April 19th.
For each accepted paper at least one author must have completed the conference registration (including payment) by March 15th, 2018. In case an author has more than one paper accepted, his/her registration accounts only for a single paper.
The accommodation expense will be reimbursed to all the presenters in the PhD day and they may attend the main conference free of charge (travel expenses will have to be paid by the participants themselves).
